OCEAN LIFE TELEPHARMACY x PHARMCARE: How good is it?

Consult basic diseases with expert pharmacists.
Get advice on medication for safe usage.
Consult expert pharmacists about minor illnesses or injuries.
Claim insurance without having to pay upfront by using your existing OPD coverage (depending on your policy coverage plan).
  1. Go to the OCEAN CONNECT menu via LINE @oceanlife.
    Click to select the doctor or pharmacist consultation service menu, then select the pharmacist consultation service through PHARMCARE.
  2. Complete your personal information.
  3. Select the delivery address.
  4. Start a conversation to consult a pharmacist online. (service fee starts at 200 baht / 15 minutes)
  5. Confirm the medication list and delivery address. (in case the pharmacist is dispensing medicine)
  6. Review expenses and choose a payment method.
    (if expenses exceed the coverage limit according to the policy or beyond the available protection, you must pay the additional difference).
  7. Read the instructions from the pharmacist and check the receipt.
  8. Wait to receive the medicine at home (if the pharmacist is dispensing medicine).

 

  1. For OCEAN LIFE customers who have the company's insurance policy with outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage. On the date of using the OCEAN LIFE TELEPHARMACY x PHARMCARE, the policy and coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) must be in effect.
    Individual Insurance: This applies to insured individuals with an endorsed record of outpatient medical expenses (Plan Code 43), effective for a minimum of 120 days.
    Group Insurance: This plan includes coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD). Conditions and rights regarding service usage are subject to the group insurance marketing department.
  2. OCEAN LIFE TELEPHARMACY x PHARMCARE service fee and medicine fee will be deducted from the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage benefit according to the policy conditions. Service users must pay any service fees that exceed the coverage limit by themselves.
  3. For customers who have insurance policies with the company but no coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD), you can use the OCEAN LIFE TELEPHARMACY x PHARMCARE service, but the customer must be responsible for the costs of using the service themselves.
  4. The conditions and details, including payment for products and services, are determined by the online pharmacist consultation service provider.
  5. The online pharmacist consultation service is provided by Pharmcare Group Company Limited. The company is only a public relations person.
  6. Pharmacist profile information for the online pharmacist consultation and medical specialist selection is provided by Pharmcare Group Company Limited.
  7. The online pharmacist consultation service is not insurance and does not serve as a substitute for the company's medical specialists. The company does not acknowledge or possess any healthcare information regarding customers in any way.

Individual Insurance Customer

  • Service charge starts at 200 baht / 15 minutes for insurance policies with outpatient coverage (OPD) less than or equal to 500 baht.
  • Service fees start at 300 baht / 15 minutes for insurance policies with outpatient coverage (OPD) of more than 500 baht.

Group Insurance Customers

  • Service fee starts at 300 baht / 15 minutes.

(Service fee includes nationwide drug delivery fees.)
