The service is provided by nurse aids who care for the elderly or patients during their hospital visit. This includes Pick-up service from home to hospital, available exclusively in Bangkok.

Scope of Service

  • Includes Pick-up service from home to hospital (round-trip distance not exceeding 40 km).
  • Nurse Aides will assist by looking after the patient and handling patient registration and insurance verification upon arrival at the hospital.
  • Stay at hospital with the patient, provide assistance, and facilitate various needs.
  • Accompany the patient to meet the doctor, assist and listen to the information from the examination, inquire about appropriate treatment procedures, and convey this information to relatives or relevant parties.

Service Fee

  • Special price for Ocean Life customers: 1,800 THB for 8 hours (from regular price 2,030 THB), price is inclusive of VAT 7%

Important Information

  • Service is available only in the Bangkok area.
  • Appointments must be scheduled 3 - 5 business days in advance.
  • Service is provided for up to 8 hours. Additional hours are charged at 100 THB per hour (payment required after service). The user is responsible for any extra costs.
  • The round-trip distance between home and hospital should not exceed 40 kilometers. For additional distance or toll fees, actual charges will apply (payment required after service). The user is responsible for these costs.

  2. The company will issue a voucher code via SMS to the registered contact and send the user's details along with the voucher code to the service provider within 1-3 business days.
  3. The service provider will contact you to schedule the date for sending a nurse aids to meet the customer at the designated address.
  4. The user must provide the voucher code received from the company, along with preliminary details such as gender, age, condition of the patient or elderly person, the hospital where services are required, and the residence address.
  5. The user must make the payment at least 1-3 days before the scheduled service date.
  6. Use the service on the scheduled date, time, and appointment location.

 

  1. For Ocean Life customers with active policies with the company only.
  2. The user can transfer the voucher code to another person for use with the service provider. However, the user must specify the person who will use the service in the google form.
  3. You can fill out the google form to request a voucher code from today until December 31, 2024.
  4. The service must be used by December 31, 2025.
  5. If you are unable to use the service on the scheduled date, you can reschedule up to 2 times, each time for a period not exceeding 15 days. The user must notify the service provider at least 1 business day in advance.
  6. The voucher code will be rendered invalid and the service cannot be used if any of the following events occur:
    6.1) The user does not use the service on the scheduled date and time without rescheduling with the service provider, or
    6.2) The user does not use the service by December 31, 2025.
  7. The service is available only within Bangkok. Users must schedule appointments 3 to 5 business days in advance.
  8. The service is provided by nurse aids who assist and care for the patient throughout the entire service, including tasks such as handling insurance cards, accompanying the patient to the doctor, assisting with restroom or meal needs at the hospital, and reporting medical visit details to relatives. This service is exclusively for medical appointment assistance.
  9. The user must pay for the service directly to the service provider before the service date (the service fee includes 7% VAT).
  10. Service is provided for up to 8 hours per day. Any additional hours will be charged at 100 THB per hour, with any partial hour rounded up to a full hour (payment required after service). The user is responsible for these extra costs.
  11. The round-trip distance should not exceed 40 kilometers. For additional distance or toll fees, actual charges will apply (payment required after service). The user is responsible for these costs.
  12. The company is not responsible for any damages or defects related to the services provided by the service provider.
  13. This service is not an insurance policy, and the service provider does not act as a substitute for doctors or medical experts from the company. The company is not aware of or informed about the user's health treatment details.
  14. The service is provided by VNurse Care Co., Ltd. The company is only responsible for recommending this service to the user.

  3. Who are the service personnel, and what are their roles and responsibilities?
    Answer: The nurse aids have the following roles and responsibilities:
    - Travel to pick up and drop off at the specified address.
    - Assist the patient and handling patient registration and insurance verification upon arrival at the hospital.
    - Stay with the patient, provide assistance, and facilitate various needs.
    - Accompany the patient to meet the doctor, assist and listen to the information from the examination, inquire about appropriate treatment procedures, and convey this information to relatives or relevant parties.
  4. How long is the service provided?
    Answer: 8 hours per session (if it exceeds, an additional charge of 100 THB per hour will apply).
  5. Until when can you request the service?
    Answer: From today until December 31, 2024.
