- Go to the OCEAN CONNECT menu via LINE @oceanlife
Click to select the doctor or pharmacist consultation service menu, then select the doctor consultation service through BeDee. - The system will take you to add Line BeDee to talk with an admin and check the customer's OPD coverage (please prepare your ID card).
- Customers download the BeDee Application and select the consult a doctor/specialist menu
- Enter the code received from the admin before consulting a doctor to use OPD coverage without having to pay upfront.
- Consult a doctor via video call.
- If there is a prescription, the doctor will prescribe medicines accordingly. Customers can enter the same code to use OPD coverage.
- Customers wait to receive the medicine at home.
- For OCEAN LIFE customers who have the company's insurance policy with outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage. On the date of using the BeDee application, the policy and coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) must be in effect.
- Doctor consultation fees and medicine costs will be deducted from the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage benefit according to the policy conditions. If the cost of doctor consultation and medicine exceeds the coverage limit in the policy, customers must pay the difference in service fees themselves or choose not to receive certain medicines so that the costs are within the coverage limit in the policy.
- For customers who have insurance policies with the company but no coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD), you can use the BeDee application, but the customer must be responsible for the costs of using the service themselves.
- The BeDee application cannot provide service if the user has a serious/emergency illness that requires urgent treatment or an illness that requires a detailed physical diagnosis.
- Using the BeDee application service is a service on the platform provided by Health Plaza Company Limited. The customer must register to provide personal information themselves.
- Consulting, advice, and analysis of doctor's diagnosis results, providing advice on maintaining health, and the selection of medical specialists is a service provided by Health Plaza Company Limited. The company is not involved in providing such services in any way.
- The BeDee application service is not insurance and does not serve as a substitute for the company's medical specialists.
