1. Convenient to use via LINE @healthatwork. No need to download an application.
2. Consult a doctor online immediately. No appointment is required, and there is no time limit/consultation.
3. Nationwide drug delivery service from network drug stores.
4. No need to pay upfront. Use with insurance under the coverage limit for outpatient coverage or OPD (Under the coverage plan outlined in the policy.).

  2. Press the member registration button and fill in your personal information
  3. Press the consult immediately button and fill in basic symptom information
  4. The nurse informs the service user to take a picture of their face along with the insurance card or national ID card to check the rights (KYC).
  5. Start consulting
  6. Receive treatment summary results
  7. Pay the difference in expenses. If the OPD limit is exceeded
  8. Select the delivery address for the medicine and wait to receive it.
  9. Upload a photo of your ID card with your signature to make an insurance claim.

Medicine Delivery Service:
Delivery of prescribed medicines within 1 - 2 hours every day from drug stores in the nationwide network.

Treatment Follow-up Service:
The nursing team will follow up with patients after treatment for free.

  1. For OCEAN LIFE customers who have the company's insurance policy with outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage. On the date of using the Health at Work, the policy and coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) must be in effect.
  2. Consultation fees and medication will be deducted from the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage benefit according to the policy conditions. Service users must pay any service fees that exceed the coverage limit by themselves. If the cost of doctor consultation and medicine exceeds the coverage limit in the policy, customers must pay the difference in service fees themselves or choose not to receive certain medicines so that the costs are within the coverage limit in the policy.
  3. For customers who have insurance policies with the company but no coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD), you can use the Health at Work service, but the customer must be responsible for the costs of using the service themselves.
  4. the Health at Work service cannot provide service if the user has a serious/emergency illness that requires urgent treatment or an illness that requires a detailed physical diagnosis.
  5. Using the Health at Work service is a service on the platform provided by Health at Home Medical Clinic under Health at Home Company Limited. The customer must register to provide personal information themselves.
  6. Consulting, advice, and analysis of doctor's diagnosis results, providing health care advice, and the selection of medical specialists is a service provided by Health at Home Medical Clinic under Health at Home Company Limited. The company is not involved in providing such services in any way.
  7. The Health at Work service is not insurance and does not serve as a substitute for the company's medical specialists.
  8. Medical specialist profile information for the Health at Worh service and medical specialist selection is provided by Health at Home Medical Clinic under Health at Home Company Limited.
