On the date of using the online doctor consultation services from network hospitals, the policy and coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) must be in effect and beyond the waiting period specified in the policy.
  • Coverage and benefit payments are provided as stipulated in the policy.
  • Consultation fees and medication will be deducted from the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage benefit according to the policy conditions. Service users must pay any service fees that exceed the coverage limit by themselves. If the cost of doctor consultation and medicine exceeds the coverage limit in the policy, customers must pay the difference in service fees themselves or choose not to receive certain medicines so that the costs are within the coverage limit in the policy.
