- Register to add policy benefits and access
Enter the policy number
Individual insurance: Enter the 7-digit policy number, e.g., 1254364.
Group insurance: Enter a 5-digit policy number, e.g., GH123, or a 6-digit policy number, e.g., GH1234. - Find the department that matches your symptoms.
- Select the doctor you want to consult. Choose a doctor with an insurance logo if you want to use your insurance benefits
- Select the appointment date/time, choose a video call consultation (if using insurance benefits), and make an appointment.
- Make payment by choosing insurance coverage or entering a discount code (if any).
- Enter the chat room to consult a doctor at the appointed time.
- View the summary of the doctor's consultation results and a prescription (if any). You can order medicine using insurance benefits or enter a discount code (if any) and wait to receive the medicine at home.

You must register or log in and choose to make an appointment with the doctor you want. This service cannot be provided in emergency cases requiring urgent medical treatment.

Medicine delivery service according to the prescription after receiving treatment from a doctor through the MorDee application. Standard medicine prices apply, and shipping costs are calculated according to distance.
• Same-day delivery: For areas of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon (to Om Noi), Nakhon Pathom (to Central Salaya and Samphran Crocodile Farm) when confirming the prescription on the MorDee application between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, medicines will be sent the next day.
• Other areas when confirming the medication order on the MorDee application between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, the medicine will be sent on the day of confirmation and delivered the next business day. After 3:00 PM, the medicine will be sent the next day.
Note: Medicine delivery services are provided by private transport services managed by Chiiwiiborirak Company Limited. Please study more details on the MorDee application.

- For OCEAN LIFE customers who have the company's insurance policy with coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD). The policy and coverage must be in effect on the day of using the MorDee application.
- Individual insurance: for insured with a record of outpatient medical expenses (OPD) (Plan Code 43) or an additional health protection contract, Supreme Health (Plan Code 71), Plan 3 / Plan 4 only and must be in effect for at least 120 days.
- Group Insurance: Group insurance plan with coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD). Conditions and rights to use the service depend on the Group Insurance Marketing Department. - MorDee application service fees and medicine costs will be deducted from the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage benefit according to the policy conditions. Service users must pay fees exceeding coverage (if any) themselves.
- For customers who have insurance policies with the company but no coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD), you can use the MorDee application, but the customer must be responsible for the costs of using the service themselves.
- The MorDee application cannot provide service if the user has a serious/emergency illness that requires urgent treatment or an illness that requires a detailed physical diagnosis.
- Terms and conditions for using the service are specified by the MorDee application service provider. The company is only a public relations facilitator.
- Using the MorDee application service involves the platform provided by Chiiwiiborirak Company Limited and True Digital Group Company Limited. Users must register and provide personal information themselves.
- Please study the service agreement, conditions, and privacy policy of the service provider in detail before receiving service.
- For detailed agreements and conditions regarding the use of services, please refer to the MorDee application under the Settings menu > Terms and Conditions.
- To learn more about the privacy policy of the service provider, visit the MorDee application under the Settings menu > Privacy Policy. - If users agree to disclose personal information for marketing purposes on the MorDee application, the company is not involved in forwarding or sending such information.
- Consulting, advice, and analysis of doctor's diagnosis results, providing health care advice, and the selection of medical specialists is a service provided by Chiiwiiborirak Company. The company is not involved in providing these services.
- The MorDee application service is not insurance and does not serve as a substitute for the company's medical specialists.

Answer: Customers can set up a health policy in the MorDee application by selecting OCEAN LIFE and filling in the required information to confirm their eligibility. This includes the policy number (for group insurance, just fill in the policy number without the CER number), ID card number, date of birth, and phone number. - Can OCEAN LIFE customers without outpatient coverage (OPD) use the MorDee application service?
Answer: Yes, you can use the service, but you will be responsible for all expenses incurred, and you cannot request reimbursement from the company. - What are the service rates for doctor consultations on the MorDee application?

When a user makes a medical appointment with MorDee and OCEAN LIFE and pays the service fee through the MorDee application, it is considered that OCEAN LIFE has already paid the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) claim according to the policy. If the user does not consult the doctor at the appointed date and time and fails to cancel the appointment at least 3 hours in advance, they cannot request a refund of the service fee or cancel a claim for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) with OCEAN LIFE. The service charge will be applied once the consultation with the doctor begins and will end after the consultation is complete. - How long does it take for medicine to be delivered after consulting with the doctor?
Answer:

Answer: Customers can report issues directly through the MorDee Application or by calling the Call Center at 064-5850232 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If a problem is confirmed, the clinic will send a new set of medication within the same business day or the next day (if reported outside of business hours) at no additional cost. - What should I do if I get disconnected from the doctor during a consultation?
Answer: Contact the MorDee Application Call Center at 064 - 5850232 or Line OA: @mordeeapp to check details and/or make a new appointment. Whether or not new service fees will be charged depends on the specific situation.
