OCEAN LIFE TELEMED x PHARMCARE: How good is it?

Easily consult with specialist doctors anywhere via video call.
Receive advice and prescriptions directly.
Have your prescribed medicine delivered by a pharmacist, along with usage instructions, directly to you.
Utilize your existing outpatient medical expense (OPD) coverage without upfront payment (subject to your policy coverage)
  1. Go to the OCEAN CONNECT menu via LINE @oceanlife.
    Click to select the digital healthcare services menu, then select the online doctor consultation service through PHARMCARE.
  2. Complete your personal information.
  3. Start a conversation to consult a doctor (service fee starts at 500 baht / 15 minutes).
  4. The doctor prepares a prescription, and you choose to receive medicine (if prescribed).
  5. Select the delivery address.
  6. Confirm the medication list and delivery address (if the medicine is prescribed).
  7. Review expenses and choose a payment method.
    (Where expenses exceed the coverage limit specified in the policy or are not covered
    by the policy, additional payment will be required.)
  8. Read advice from your doctor and pharmacist, and check the receipt.
  9. Wait to receive the medicine at home (if prescribed).

 

  1. For OCEAN LIFE customers who have the company's insurance policy with outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage. On the date of using the OCEAN LIFE TELEMED x PHARMCARE, the policy and coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) must be in effect.
    Individual insurance: This applies to insured individuals with an endorsed record of outpatient medical expenses (Plan Code 43), effective for a minimum of 120 days.
    Group Insurance: This plan includes coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD). Conditions and rights regarding service usage are subject to the group insurance marketing department.
  2. Doctor consultation fees and medicine costs will be deducted from the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage benefit according to the policy conditions. If the cost of doctor consultation and medicine exceeds the coverage limit in the policy, customers must pay the difference in service fees themselves or choose not to receive certain medicines so that the costs are within the coverage limit in the policy.
  3. For customers who have insurance policies with the company but no coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD), you can use the OCEAN LIFE TELEMED x PHARMCARE service, but the customer must be responsible for the costs of using the service themselves.
  4. The conditions and details, including payment for products and services, are determined by the online doctor consultation service provider.
  5. The online doctor consultation service is provided by Pharmcare Group Company Limited. The company is only a public relations person.
  6. Medical specialist profile information for the Health at Worh service and medical specialist selection is provided by Pharmcare Group Company Limited.
