- You can receive service through 3 channels:

- Fill in your personal information completely
- Prepare your ID card or Ocean Care card.
- The nurse will ask about basic symptoms and check your benefits and coverage limits. (In case of up-front payment, you need a Summary Report, summarizing the doctor's advice, and a receipt to withdraw with the benefits you have. Please notify the staff in advance.)
- Start a conversation to consult a doctor online (15 minutes/session). (Service fee starts at 500 baht/session.)
- Summarize expenses and choose to pay for services. (In case expenses exceed the coverage limit according to the policy or are beyond the available protection, you must pay the additional difference.)
- Wait to receive medicine at home (if the doctor has prescribed medicine).
- Samitivej Hospital will send a receipt and a Summary report, summarizing the doctor's advice, to the registered email address.
- For OCEAN LIFE customers who have the company's insurance policy with outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage. On the date of using the SAMITIVEJ VIRTUALHOSPITAL service, the policy and coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) must be in effect.
- SAMITIVEJ VIRTUAL HOSPITAL service fees, doctor consultation fees, and medicine costs will be deducted from the outpatient medical coverage (OPD) benefit according to the policy conditions. If the service usage exceeds the coverage limit in the policy, customers must pay the difference in service fees themselves or choose not to receive.
- Customers with policies other than those specified in item 1 can access the SAMITIVEJ VIRTUAL HOSPITAL service, but the customer must be responsible for the costs of using the service themselves.
- The SAMITIVEJ VIRTUAL HOSPITAL service cannot be provided in the following cases:
4.1. Illnesses that require emergency care or are the result of an accident.
4.2. Illnesses that are non-minor conditions or involve serious healthcare issues
4.3. Chronic illnesses that have never been physically diagnosed by a doctor.
4.4. Any other illnesses that require a detailed physical examination for an accurate diagnosis.
4.5. Other cases as specified by the SAMITIVEJ VIRTUAL HOSPITAL service provider. - Using the SAMITIVEJ VIRTUAL HOSPITAL service is a service on the platform provided on the Samitivej Hospital platform. Customers must provide their information to receive services on that platform under the hospital's regulations and conditions. Before using the SAMITIVEJ VIRTUAL HOSPITAL service, please review and understand the detailed terms and conditions of service, including the privacy policy, as provided on the relevant websites.
- If the customer agrees to disclose personal information to receive marketing news on the website https://virtual.samitivejhospitals.com/webview/privacy.html the company is not responsible for forwarding or sending this information in any way.

Drug delivery services in the Bangkok area and Samut Prakan charge a delivery fee of 100 baht (receive medicine within 4 hours). In provincial areas, medicines are typically delivered within 2-3 days.
