OCEAN LIFE TELEPHARMACY x BeDee by BDMS

1. Go to the OCEAN CONNECT menu via LINE @oceanlife  Click to select the doctor or pharmacist consultation service menu, then select the pharmacist consultation service through BeDee.
2. The system will take you to add Line BeDee to talk with an admin and check the customer's OPD coverage (please prepare your ID card).
3. Customers download the BeDee Application and select the consult a pharmacist menu
4. Enter the code received from the admin before consulting a pharmacist to use OPD coverage without having to pay upfront.
5. Consult a pharmacist via video call.
6. If there is a list of medicines, the pharmacist will dispense the medicines according to the list. Customers can enter the same code to use their OPD rights.
7. Customers wait to receive the medicine at home.

1. For OCEAN LIFE customers who have the company's insurance policy with outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage. On the date of using the BeDee application, the policy and coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD) must be in effect.
   Individual Insurance: This applies to insured individuals with an endorsed record of outpatient medical expenses (Plan Code 43), effective for a minimum of 120 days.
   Group Insurance: This plan includes coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD). Conditions and rights regarding service usage are subject to the group insurance marketing department.
2. Pharmacist consultation service fee and medicine fee will be deducted from the outpatient medical expenses (OPD) coverage benefit according to the policy conditions. Service users must pay any service fees that exceed the coverage limit by themselves.
3. For customers who have insurance policies with the company but no coverage for outpatient medical expenses (OPD), you can use the BeDee application service, but the customer must be responsible for the costs of using the service themselves.
4. The BeDee application cannot provide service if the user has a serious/emergency illness that requires urgent treatment or an illness that requires a detailed physical diagnosis.
5. Using the BeDee application service is a service on the platform provided by Health Plaza Company Limited. The customer must register to provide personal information themselves.
6. Consulting and advice of pharmacist's diagnosis results, providing advice on maintaining health, and the selection of medical specialists is a service provided by Health Plaza Company Limited. The company is not involved in providing such services in any way.
7. The BeDee application service is not insurance and does not serve as a substitute for the company's pharmacist.
